The annual Queensland Garden Show was held recently on the 10th, 11th and 12th of July 2026 in Nambour. The Brisbane Branch ANBA stall was set up with the assistance of, and attended by Ian Driver and Brisbane Branch Members. Members of the Wide Bay Branch assisted in manning the stall. The stand attracted immense enthusiasm from the general public. One of the main questions being “where and how can I get hold of some bees”, whether it be social bees or solitary bees, hive boxes or hotels. Overall, it was a very social weekend. Everybody had lost their voice by the end. Great to catch up with other members of the ANBA.
