Call for papers

We invite applications from potential speakers. We are aiming for a program that is a mix of researchers, beekeepers, growers and educators so we encourage applications from all these groups.
Potential topics include, but are not restricted to, the following areas.
  • Stingless bee management and hive propagation
  • Native bee behaviour, ecology, evolution and physiology
  • Pollination by native bees in crops and wild systems
  • Stingless bee honey and other products
  • Wild bee diversity, monitoring and conservation
  • Native bees in education and community engagement
  • Regional spotlight: Native bees of North Queensland
Abstract submission is now closed.
